This is like other reports, but none of the suggestions in those posts, that we can implement, have resolved our issue.

We’ve completely uninstalled all Adobe software, cleaned up all the cruft that the uninstallers don’t remove (Hey, maybe give us a complete uninstall option!). Reinstalled Creative Cloud, and then reinstalled the latest Photoshop 2026. Same problem.

Different files, at different resolutions, with and without metadata, all show the same error.
We cannot uninstall OneDrive, only pause syncing. Other than Adobe’s Cloud Storage and OneDrive, no other cloud storage is allowed in our (highly regulated) company.

None of the several dozen other users, on identical hardware (Apple Silicon, running macOS 26) and identical software (OneDrive included), are having this issue.
