"Save to Cloud" is greyed out on Mac but works on Windows

Hello,

 

I have scoured the forum and internet and cannot find a solution.

 

FYI, following various online tips:

  • I have reset my Preferences to default
  • I have checked the "File Handling" area and ensured that saving to the cloud is the default, and I checked the file path to cloud doc local working directory
  • I am an Enterprise user, so I should have cloud access.

 

PS version 25.12.0

MacBook Pro Sonoma 14.6.1

 

Any ideas as to why this is not working on my Mac?

@Mary Michelini – Try resetting all warning dialogs in preferences.
