Scratch Disk Help - Photoshop shows the same amount of free storage on External & Internal drives.

Sadly Adobes Support was incapable of helping me and to this day never got help or a solution. Multiple hour long sessions of them controlling my computer with adobes help extention didnt work. Adobe also had set up multiple times to contact my number and bailed each and every time never contacting me. They followed up after bailing a handful of times with sorry we couldnt reach out blah blah blah same automated message each time. 

I am having exactly the same problem; I note that Krew Visuals also has a LaCie drive, as do I. There's tons of space on my external drive, but Photoshop won't access it. Definitely a PS problem and it's very upsetting to see that it's being ignored.

Had an Adobe Report Support employee control my computer for 2 and a half hours trying to fix this bug. Deleting and reinstalling a bunch a files & renaming/ moving around a bunch of things and came to no conclusion / nothing fixed. By time we got done close to 3 hours later of remote support i had about ran out of space. Was told I would hear back by email but already missing on a weeks worth of work from adobe issues im extremely defeated.
