Selection for Export/Import Presets missing in Edit>Presets (PS 25.12.0)

In PS 25.12.0 under top menu>edit>presets the choices are "Preset Manager" and "Migrate Presets. There should a third selection: "Export/Import Presets." That choice is displayed in PS 25.11.0. I need that option to import a preset I'm using in a photo class. Mac OS 14.6.1 Any help please.

    I have exactly the same problem with photoshop 25.12.

    I need the 3º option of "Export/Import Presets."

      I can't because I uninstalled PS 25.12.0 and installed PS 25.11.0 because
      the choice appears there. So - my work problem is solved but the issue can
      be seen easily in the 25.12.0 version.
