SHORTCUT F - Toggle Screen - REMOVE

Hello
I always had my Smudge tool setup on the F key.
On the newer versions, I can't choose to apply this shortcut to it because it's by default on the Toggle Screen tool, that I'm already using with Tab.

How can I remove this F shortcut and apply it to my S;udge tool please ?
