Shortcut Strg + Umschalt + Alt + E geht nicht

Hallo zusammen.

Ich habe folgendes Photoshop Problem: Der Shortcut Strg + Umschalt + Alt + E um Eine Kopie aller sichtbaren Ebenen auf die Zielebene reduzieren funktioniert auf meinem MacBook Pro (6 Monate alt) nicht (hat er noch nie). Auf meinem iMac (Sonoma 14.6.1) klappt er einwandfrei. Ich habe schon alles mögliche probiert und vorhin sogar fast eine Stunde mit Apple Care telefoniert. Alle Programme sind auf dem neusten Stand, das Betriebssystem (Sonoma 14.6.1) und Photoshop (25.11.0) habe ich jeweils neu installiert. Ich weiß mir keinen Rat mehr.

Kann mir jemand helfen, damit der SHortcut in Photoshop funktioniert?

Try resetting the tools and/or preferences.
To restore preferences quickly using a keyboard shortcut:

Press and hold Alt+Control+Shift (Windows) or Option+Command+Shift (Mac OS) as you start Photoshop. You are prompted to delete the current settings. The new preferences files are created the next time you start Photoshop.
Note: Using the keyboard shortcut, preference files for custom shortcuts, workspaces, and color settings will also be reset to default.

Make sure that all the layers are highlighted.
