Sky replacement app can't track sky

Hello everyone,

I'm facing a problem with Sky Replacement. It won't track anything.
It's just making the sky picture, with the layers. But all white masks.

I think it has to do something with the new version of Photoshop 2025.

Do other people face the same issue? Because I can't think of anything else I could have changed.

This thread can be closed. It's fixed. I don't know how & what caused it. But it's working again. And that is the most important thing.

Thx anyway!

Yeah i know. I'm a real estate photographer.
Done it a thousand times last months. And ofc I can do it making a mask myself.
But it takes up more time, and not every photo is that easy.

Sky replace is making my life real easy, changing the ugly Belgian weather to a bright sky.
And in the coming 3-4 months, I'll need it for every shoot.

So that's why I'm searching for a solution.

OK, that's odd. This should be kindergarten level for Replace Sky.

I can't explain this, it works as advertised here.

That said, I'd probably just make a straight up feathered mask here, it should be simple enough. But yes indeed, Replace Sky should clearly work here.

Yess, the whole frame. The picture doesn't really matter. It's a simple picture, did it many times before.
I also tried to do it on 10 different images.

Is this the whole picture frame? Can you show the original image that you want to replace the sky in?
