Spacebar + F doesn't work (Toggle Canvas Color)

Why doesn't "Spacebar + F" work? I can't assign such keyboard shortcuts in "Keyboard Shortcuts and Menus."

How do I assign a shortcut to the canvas color shift? I cannot find the "Toggle Canvas Color" entry in "Keyboard Shortcuts and Menu."

@TenTin it's working for me with Photoshop version 25.12, try manually resetting your Photoshop preferences
