I encountered such a problem that displays the messages "The procedure entry point SetThreadDescription could not be located in the dynamic link library C:\program Files\Adobe Photoshop2024\dvacore.dll", "The procedure entry point CreateDispatcherQueueController could not be located in the dynamic link library C:\program Files\Adobe Photoshop2024\WinRTSupport.dll", "The procedure entry point SetThreadDescription could not be located in the dynamic link library C:\program Files\Adobe Photoshop2024\Photoshop.exe.

Adobe cloud does not launch it, and the Photoshop version is 25.12.

These files are in the root folder, and replacing dvacore.dll only led to more errors. I also tried methods on YouTube and it didn't help, so I reinstalled Windows. Visual C++ 2015 is already installed, and as for DirectX, I don't know, but it should be there too.
