The transformation controls are not functioning as expected.

I recently purchased a new license and installed the latest version of the software. However, I've encountered a bug with the transformation controls. They sometimes work when clicked, but other times they don't respond at all. Additionally, I'm unable to clear the history of the transformation controls, no matter what I try. The screen fills with lines, and previously, when I clicked on a single layer, only that layer would show the transformation controls. Now, everything is outlined, and these lines cannot be removed.
