This image has Content Credentials

The "Content Credentials" message indicates that the image has restrictions that prevent it from being used for generative AI training or creation. This is likely due to the content credentials being attached to the image. Please ensure that Content Credentials are enabled for the image. If the feature was disabled during editing or if the document was edited across multiple devices or users, it may result in missing edit information. Does this occur with all of your images?

In the meantime, can you send your system info, a screen recording of the issue, and a numbered list of the exact steps needed to replicate it? You can find your system info by going to Help > System Info, copying and pasting it into a text file, and attaching it here. Thanks! ^CH
