Tool options under Stroke Path dialog box do no work. Photoshop v26.0.0

Pencil and brush options worka as intended. Erase tool will paint with foreground color. Background Eraser tool erases but may be using settings for brush. Dodge or Burn tools do not work at all. Actually the only tool options that seem to work correctly are the Pencil and Brush tools.

Or, If you'd like to test this: Create a new rgb document. Fill a layer with a nice taupe (hex: 958972) color. Create a path, convert a marquee to a work path or draw one with the pen tool. Hit "D" for default colors on your keyboard (black foreground/white background colors). With that path selected in the Path palette, hamburger menu>Stroke Path. Choose the tool you'd like to use to stroke the selected path... and it will probably not work. 😞
