Up and down arrows not working in "Input" of Curves but does work in "output"

I can confirm this under Windows 10 for Photoshop 2026 and 2025. Scrolling with the mouse wheel does not work as well.

Photoshop 2024 works correctly.

My work computer won't allow me to follow your path that you sent me.  My work computer is configured where the users and library and all that is outlined is not the same as what is laid out on that link.  

I will just use Levels.  And hopefully our IT people can help.

Please go to the Help menu in Photoshop, then System Info, and copy the text. You can share the info with us by either pasting it as a reply here or in a text file and sharing the file with us. 

I'm not able to reproduce this behavior on my M1 Max Macbook Pro running macOS 15.7.2.
