Urgent: Persistent Photoshop Hand Tool Bug & Unresolved Creative Cloud Glitches

To the Adobe Support and Engineering Team,

I am writing this out of sheer frustration regarding an ongoing, critical issue with Adobe Photoshop that is severely disrupting my professional workflow.

When is the Photoshop Hand Tool bug finally going to be fixed?

After being stable for a few weeks, the issue has recurred. The software completely freezes on the Hand Tool, and absolutely nothing I do will allow me to switch to any other tool. This is a fatal bug that has plagued a subset of users for 7 to 8 years now. Why has this still not been corrected? I pay my subscription fee every single month, and I cannot comprehend why I am forced to endure this level of stress and lost productivity. It is infuriating.

Please, thoroughly fix your bugs before pushing out releases. As professionals relying on these tools for our livelihood, it makes absolutely no sense that we constantly have our valuable time wasted by such flaws.

Furthermore, I want to make it explicitly clear that my anger is not directed at this single bug alone. Between this and the notorious Premiere Pro auto-save glitches, there are likely thousands, if not tens of thousands, of unresolved issues that it feels like you have no intention of ever fixing.

If you pride yourselves on being true engineers, and if you operate as a legitimate company selling a commercial product, you should not be letting a single customer experience this level of disruption. I am writing all the way from South Korea out of pure desperation and exasperation. Please, do your jobs properly and fix this.

It is precisely because of this lack of quality control that your stock and company reputation suffer.

I expect a concrete update on when a permanent fix will be deployed.
