Weird bug while choosing "export as"

So I was trying to show someone how to add the .SVG export option in Photoshop, and upon trying to open the "export as" window (edit>export>export as)
(since it was a test, the image I was trying to export was the image I happened to have openned at that moment and it was huge

So I don't know if it's due to the size of my image or something else....
It work with another image I tested it with which is a standard 1920  X 1080
