When opened in a new window, documents do not update at the same time.

This is a new problem in version 25.11.

My set up is to use a Wacom Cintiq tablet for drawing, with an instance of my document on the Wacom and a second instance on my primary monitor.

As of 25.11, any changes made to the document on the Wacom are not reflected on the primary display until the window ON the primary display is interacted with, at which point it updates.

Upon rolling back to the previous release of Photoshop, the issue disappears.
