When using the lasso tool, I click and hold to start the selection, and the the lasso moves all over the screen in random directions. This creates a chaotic selection that isn't dictated by my mouse movements.
I have uninstalled and reinstalled the latest version of photoshop, and I have reset all tools. Neither helps.
