Why don't these lines disappear?

Is it our fault to use licensed products? Why don't these lines disappear even though no selection is made? These lines made me regret getting my license. Someone please tell me how these lines disappeared.

I'll need more details to help you. What version of Photoshop and Windows are you using? Could you please share your workflow? Has it ever occurred before? What type of file format are you using? JPEG/RAW?
