Windows 2019 not processing raw files in Editor Exception code Oxc0000409

After working for five years , when trying to process NEF/RAW  files, it buffers then crashes. I have dealt with Photoshop directly on the chat. After a couple of hours they confessed that they couldn't solve it. They got me to uninstall and download again, but it didn't work.  The exception code is  Oxc0000409. Any ideas?

Thank you for reaching out! We'd be happy to try and help you troubleshoot the issue. Just need a few more details. Did you get an option to submit a crash report? If so, were you able to send it? Please DM me the email linked to that report.

 

Also, could you share your system info? You can find it by going to Help > System Info, then copy and paste it into a text file and attach it here.
