HI

Im getting "A low level exception occurred in lumetri Color (AEVideoFilter: 14)"

 

im working with converted hlg3 footage trying to import luts using cinema grade.

 

Does this mean my computer isnt powerful enough? this never happened before.

 

can someone plz help, thanks!

    Hello @itsyoungdpuser,

    Thanks for the note. I have seen this error before. Deleting media cache usually solves it. Press Shift at launch for the Reset Options dialog box. That is a great way to trash the cache as it's very thorough. Relaunch the application. Let us know if it worked. I hope it helps. Sorry for the issue!
