Adobe not ingesting correct aspect ratio MXF

Hi all, 

 

Original Camera files are mxf. 4448x3096

 



However, when ingesting into Premiere or After Effects it pillarboxes the images and reads it at 4480x3096, not 4448x3096

 

Ran it in DaVinci, and DaVinci reads it correctly. 

 

Has anyone ran into this issue and had to interpret the footage any differently?
