Adobe Premier Team Projects - Collaborator Invite not Sending

Hello,

I have made several Team Projects for my employees to work on several different projects. However, whenever I try to invite my employees, Premiere is no longer sending the invitation. It does not even show the dialog box for invitation email progress.  They can send me an invite to projects they create, but I am unable to send them an invite on projects I create.
