Adobe Premiere 2025 Export Tab stuck loading

To preface, this is not the "quick fix" of clicking the timeline to export.  I click the timeline and NOTHING IS WORKING.

I am using Adobe Premiere 2025 on Windows and edited a whole one minute video, and have THREE other videos I needed to finish editing before EoD. Unfortunately I have spent the past THREE HOURS trying to export my video but the export tab simple will not open. I click it, and instead a loading circle comes up and it loads and loads and nothing happens. I can't even get to the preferences when it comes to exporting.. The entire export tab DOES NOT OPEN at all.

I am in deperate need of help. I have tried everything, clearing cache, trying to get it to export with media composer, restarting, uninstalling the software and reinstalling. NOTHING WORKS. I am terrified that I am going to miss my chance as I have a HUGE and TIGHT deadline that needed to be done for tonight. PLEASE HELP!!!!!!!!!

    Did you try the Quick Export button on the top right, it doesn't open the Export tab, just a small dialog....

     

    Since it seems to be working on other projects, you can try creating a new project and the IMPORTing in the current trouble project.

    Hi @jacob_0770 
    So when you attempted to select file and scroll down to the export option the Media and Send to media encoder option was greyed out for you? Did you attempt to use the quick keys to get to the export window Ctrl+M ? Was this happening to you on multiple systems or even new projects? I am hoping that you were blessed to get your exports out when needed. Let us know if you are still facing these issues upon exporting.

    Hi, unfortunately no. It isn't that export is greyed out, it's that the
    when you click it, a grey screen pop up with loading circle and nothing
    happens. Render doesn't work also, doesn't even allow a bar saying how
    long it will take. It just does not work.

    Unfortunately I am still trying to figure this out. It seems to be
    specific to this project though. I made sample projects and they seem to
    be working fine.
