Adobe Premiere Pro will not load

On Windows 11, with the latest 26.3 versions the software will not open

Laptop
Intel i7
Nvidia 500 ADA
64GB RAM
4TB NVMe

We had to roll back to v26.0 problem is IT wants to update for security reasons to which we are trying to say that would kill all work if they do.

I click v26.3, I see a loading circle for a second then a Premiere Pro task opens up but the application itself does not, not even a loading screen. I got it to load twice randomly after a few rounds of uninstall/reinstall. It simply will not load. Just in order to do work we rolled back but again, IT is pressuring updates when we say it is busted.

    Hi @pquaglino

Thanks for stopping by again to the Premiere forums! Hmm, when you say “latest 26.3 versions” do you mean you’re actually installing and trying to use v26.3.2, or just with v26.3?

It sounds like you might be on a corporate network connection as well, is that right? Wondering if there are any permissions interfering with that or on your computer that you can see? I would think that would affect all or any versions, not just 26.3/26.3.2 though the updating may have triggered something behind the scenes.

Are you getting any crashes or errors messages from Premiere when this happens?

It would be really helpful next, if you could get us a short screen recording showing us exactly what’s happening when it’s not loading up. You can probably even attach it here on a reply or we can pass you a dropbox upload link if it’s too big.

Let’s try getting a recording so we can understand better and take a closer look. Appreciate it and apologies for any frustrations with this loading issue.
