  • Issue – Aucune image affichée sur arrêt video.
  • Steps to reproduce – quelque soit l’endroit de la vidéo, si je fais un arrêt sur image, l’écran est noir. 
  • Expected result – normalement dans la fenêtre Edition on voit l’image.
  • Actual result – voir la video en PJ. 
  • Adobe Premiere Pro version – 26.0.2 (build 2)
  • Operating system – Apple M2 Ultra Studio 26.3.1 (a)
  • Video format – issue is related to video playback 3488 × 2616HEVC.

    Might be due to variable frame rate (17.71 fps is a very odd framerate.)

    convert to Constant FR before adding file to Premiere.

    You can use Handbrake or Shutter Encoder.

    Ok I will test tomorrow with 24/25 fps

    But tell why with the previous version, there was no problem

    Well, after fews tests, I think I found the bug

    All selfies (I mean front camera from iPhone 17 max pro) DO NOT work

    All from back camera are correct

    Same behavior : I can’t see the frame

    very strange : the menu is now in French ?????

    If something strange is happening (language) you might want to reinstall, Pr or even CC. If you have to do that, you can try the English version first, to see what you get.
