Audio distorted

Hello,
I am using Adobe Pr 25.0.
When I send a mobile phone video to a sequence, the audio comes out distorted.
There is no problem when I listen on the desktop app or on Face.
Why is the audio distorted in Adobe Pro? I can't do editing.

Could you share your file properties (right-click in Project panel > Media File Properties) and your sequence settings?

It's possible you are working with Variable Frame Rate footage, which can cause issues:

You can also try clearing your media cache to rule out. You can do so by holding down a modifier key (like Shift) right on application launch and selecting 'Clear media cache files' from the options window.
