Audio echos from the previous version and present version in Premiere Pro after Fresh install

Whenever I play my audio after trimming some part it echos from the previous version and present version of audio, after I Fresh installed it removing creative cloud and premiere pro. Previously it was playhead shutter now this. It's very frustrating.

OS windows 23H2
CPU 12th Gen Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-12700H
GPU NVIDIA RTX 3060
RAM 16.0 GB 4800mghz
Storage SSD NVME
Editing only stock footages on 1980 by 960 30fps

    It's happening everytime. Unable to share video but I have attached video in my first post.

    @Premrocksu0 Does this happen in any new project you create? And does it happen every time you cut the audio clips no matter the file you are using? How many audio tracks are in your sequence? Would you be willing to share the projects with us so we could take a look at it?  Media wise we could use an audio file linked to the project like what was in your video reference.  You could file share those items with us and we could take a look.

    Hi @Premrocksu0  and welcome to the Premiere Pro Forum community.  Thank you for taking your time to file a bug report. Have you already tried to clear the media cache and pek files? Also you could try opening up Premiere Pro and hold shift when you do to check mark clear media cache. This may help. If this situation persists let us know and we can try to come up with a solution with you.
