Every movie clip I import to Premiere Pro tve Audio is out of sync. Even in the source monitor. Its a fixed framerate 25, 1920x1080 clip 48000Hz. Teh delay is about 15 frames. Its the same with different video cameras and computers. tested version 24 and 25. Tried to empty cash, buffer size, RAM etc. What can I do?

It took you 4 months from the reply. We have to change to DaVinci Resolve cause of your poor service. Shame on Adobe. And your answer is update 😅 sharp 😅

Hi,
You might try updating to Premiere Pro 25.2 or later. Does that work for you?

Thanks,

Kevin

If I import it to iMovie and export i as H264 it works in Premiere Pro. Not an easy way to solve it though.

The format is MTS, Its recorded by a Panasonic HC-V380 (used them for about four years in educational purpose and in Premiere PRO every year)

Hi Magnus_B,

Sorry about the poor experience. Could you please confirm the format of the media & the camera on which the media was captured? Please also share a screenshot of the Audio Hardware preferences window in Premiere Pro. We're here to help, just need more info.

Thanks,

Sumeet
