There is a known issue with 3rd party extension that causes the Touch mode to be activated sporadically.

Check to see if you have https://studioplugins.net/product/studioapp installed, and remove it if you do.

You can see another thread with similar issues here:

Hi @VLADISLAV324606693xr0,

Thanks for the message. Welcome to the forum. I wonder if @mstegner would know about this. Matt, this sounds like the classic issue that feels like a bug to some users, but it is the "as designed" behavior in actuality. Do you think that is, again, the case? Let me know. If so, I'll try to find the post where you have addressed the issue already.

Thanks,
Kevin

I have AEJuice but that never have me problems, and I have a Kensington moose that never caused any issues previously, I still have no clue what it could be or some setting I need to turn off, I thought updating would help but it made it somewhat worse

Have you installed any other software or OS update recently?  Do you have any software installed for the mouse?  Could be the source of the problem...

It still does it, I have a shortcut already, it still happens to my Master Mix Track, it is really annoying. Literally Monday 4/15/2024 I didn't have that problem, the next day it happened

what if you close the audio mixer panel before you switch out of Premiere?  If you don't already have one, you can map a shortcut key to open that panel so you shouldn't really lose any time...
