Bins in project panel collapse when switching between workspaces

Premiere Pro does not reliably retain the expanded/collapsed state of bins (folders) in the Project panel when switching between workspaces, especially in the “Assembly” workspace with List View. This behavior is inconsistent and causes repeated friction when working with deeply nested project structures.
Steps to Reproduce:
- Open Premiere Pro and switch to the Assembly workspace.
- In the Project panel (set to List View), create or open several folders nested 3–5 levels deep.
- Manually expand multiple bins to drill down to specific assets.
- Switch to another workspace (e.g. Editing or Color).
- Switch back to the Assembly workspace.
Expected Result
Especially if it's during the same session (not closing and reopenign the project), my expectation is that the bins would "remember" or preserve their opened, twirled down state. When working across different phases of a large post-produciton project, it creats a tremendous amount of friction to continually renavigate detailed and organized asset folders after switching from Assembly to Editing or other workspaces.
Version of the App
25.5 (however, this bug has been persistant across various versions).
OS Version
Windows 10 + MacOs Tahoe 26
