blank white pop-up window

Hi,

 

Windows 11

Chroom Browser

Premiere Pro 2024

 

When loading up Premier I adisplayed with a blank white pop-up windowm . I can't do anything in Premiere Pro.

They only way to stop is to use task manager and end the task of Premiere Pro. 

I've tried all solutions that are presented on this forum but unfortunately nothing works.

 

This is really very very irritating. I hope someone can help me out.

Still no solution,

 

Verry disappointing, I'm going to canel my subscription on Adope Premiere Pro.

Hi there,

 

Thanks for your reply. Here is the info as requested.

System specs:

Processor          11th Gen Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-1165G7 @ 2.80GHz   2.80 GHz

Installed RAM  16.0 GB (15.8 GB usable)

System type     64-bit operating system, x64-based processor

 

Edition Windows 11 Home Single Language

Version               22H2

Installed on       ‎9/‎23/‎2022

OS build             22621.3593

Experience       Windows Feature Experience Pack 1000.22700.1003.0

 

The blanc window appears if I start up Premiere Pro. As shown in the picture below. After that no button is responsive. I need to stop the application by using the task manager.

 

 

When I start up Premiere Pro by clicking the project file the window also appears but then all buttons in Premiere are responsive but still can't use the application because of the blanc window.

 

I have tried to solve the problem by applying all proposed solutions on this forum.

 

I don't know what specific changes have been made since the last time it did work.

 

I just used normal applications like Office and mail.

Does this happen when opening existing projects, creating new projects, or both? 
What has changed about this system configuration, since the last time PPro has successfully run?

what are your system specs?

did you try to log out/in on CC app? do you see Premiere Pro on the Creative Cloud app 

with an 'Open' button?
