can not delete the "New Custom Bin" I created in the Effects panel.

表題のとおり、エフェクト内に新規で作成した「カスタムビン」を削除しようと当該ビンを右クリックすると、添付したスクショのとおり「削除」がグレーアウトして削除できません。

As stated in the subject, I'm unable to delete the Custom Bin I created in the Effects panel. When I right-click the bin, the Delete option is grayed out, as shown in the attached screenshot, preventing me from deleting it.
