Can't change label of items in an open search bin window

If you have a search bin of items, and you've opened that search bin in a separate tab, you are unable to change the label of items in that search bin. It appears greyed on on the right click menu, and shortcut doesn't work. 

You can, however, change the label color on items in a search bin if that is just twirled open from within the project panel.

To reproduce:

1. Create a search bin with parameters that allow it to populate with at least one item.

2. Open the search bin in a separate tab.

3. Try to change the label color. 

Expected Behavior would be label color changes the same as if you had simply opened a regular bin, but in this case, nothing happens.

Running 25.1.0 on a Mac Studio 2023 running 13.6.6, but I've noticed this behavior in previous Premiere versions and other rigs.
