Cannot drag clips from Library to Project Window

I was trying to add a video from the "Broadstock Glitches" public library, which I found online in the Free Analog Video Glitch pack in the beginner tutorials by Alex Broadstock. However, when I try to add the video to my project, by clicking and dragging or by right clicking on the video in the library and choosing " Add to Project" - nothing happens. 

I'm on Premiere pro version 25.6.3 ( Build 2 ), and I use a M4 Macbook Air.
