Chroma Key

Hi, everyone. 

I was editing these days in Premiere and I added Ultra Key to take out the green background. And... i got it! But some days passed and I opened the project again and my green screens to returns and I couldn't add ultra key effect! I'm trying but looks bugged/crashed. I need to take out my green screen and I can't, I just need to do it for renderizing my video. 

What is it happening?! Someone Can help me?

Thanks for the message.  I'm sorry your key isn't being maintained.  Did you reset your cache?  What happens if you remove the effect and then reapply it?  Does that work, or is the effect completely not working?
