cmd modifier key does not work as expected in Properties Panel when adjusting rotation

This is in Premiere 25.6.4 (Build 5) (macOS)
(Forgive me if this has been fixed in 26, I have not had a chance to upgrade yet.)

In the Effect Control Panel if you highlight rotation and hit they arrow keys up and down the value moves by 1. If you hold the cmd key and press and arrow the value changes by 0.1.

When in the Properties panel you have access to Rotation settings. But you are only able to move up and down by whole numbers. Pressing the cmd key with an arrow key does not seem to allow for decimal adjustments.

    Hi @mrbobdobolina
Love that screen name, reminds me of a great song I heard once at a little show in Guadalupe. To answer your question, in Premiere 26, the cmd modifier does not work in the properties panel as it does in the effects control panel. I will get this logged if we have not already.
    Here to help.
