Dynamic link problem

Hi everyone, I have a huge problem. Let me explain the situation: I edit with Premiere Pro and I really like doing my animations in After Effects. But there's a huge problem: when I try to go back from After Effects to Premiere Pro, Premiere Pro crashes about half the time. Do you have any solutions?

    As PJ says, we'd need a lot more specifics, to provide meaningful guidance. 
    What's different/special, about the times when dynamic link crashes?

    I like doing it the same way. I'm not for the most part having that issue. You gotta give us some info, PC/Mac, what type of video files are you editing with, what was their sorce? Long GOP? H.264, Variable frame rate? Etc.
