Dynascore plugin not working

I installed the Dynascore plugin but cannot get it to work in Premiere Pro. I downloaded the .exeas the developer states but it still does not work. I can see the Dynascore in the extension menu. Has Anybody figured out how to use this plugin integrated into Premiere Pro?
