Effect cut and paste order

• Issue: Cutting and pasting multiple video effects no longer pastes them in the order they were copied.
• Steps to Reproduce: Select multiple video effects from one clip and paste them on another.
• Expected Result: I expect the pasted effects to be in the order they were in when copied.
• Actual Result: In the newest version they are in an unexpected order.
• Premiere Version: 26.5.2 build 5
• Operating System: MacOS 27.0.1

I often use two instances of the Lumetri effect and the order in which they are applied matters, so copying them from one clip in a certain order, and then having them pasted in a different order is annoying. This was never an issue until I recently updated.

I’ve always been very careful about this sort of thing in Ae, where the order you grab layers determines how they’ll be pasted, but that also doesn’t seem to be the case here.
