Empty Welcome Screen all the time!

I am working on a PC with no internet and the welcome screen that shows the recent opened projects shows empty all the time!

Check attachments.

Why is that???

I am on Windows 10 and Adobe Premiere 2026.2

Hi Haidar Karim
If you wait a few seconds, do you see the Home screen populate your projects? And if so, how long does it take for the Home screen to populate for you? I will bring this to the team's attention. I can report an approximately 8-second delay when opening without an internet connection.

It never show up, I did a quick test and I waited 80 sec. and nothing is showing up.

@Haidar Karim Looking back in on this issue to see if you still are experiencing it or if it’s cleared. We did a recent testing of Premiere v26.5.1, v26.2, v26.0.2 and the home screen was loading up as expected.

If you still aren’t seeing a home screen without internet, can you let us know which build and version of Premiere you’re currently using? You can go to Help > About Premiere and it’ll tell you that if unsure.
