Enhance speech module at the Premiere Pro not downloading

Hi All) I am trying to use the enhance speech module at the Premiere Pro. The option is available, however when I am trying to use it is being downloaded from the Creative Cloud, but the progress bar is not showing any "progress". Any ideas how to fix?
