ERRO NA INTERFACE

Meu premiere nao carrega a interface, ou fica bugade de modo que fique impossivel editar. Dou play e a agulha nao mexe na time line. Nao carrega todas as abs e etc.

 

ja formatei pc, ja instalei versões diferentes do premiere e nada.

I'm having the same issue. The entire window freezes. Just tried to reinstall the program, but with no success.

Thanks for the reply and the info. Your issue is very odd. The images you posted made it a bit difficult to see your system specs. Too small to see the info. Can you list them? What kind of media are you using? From which camera? Thanks for more info.

 

As for troubleshooting, have you tried testing by transcoding the file or generating a proxy? Have you tried this media in a new sequence in a new project? Have you deleted the media cache? Give those things a try, and let the community know how it works.

1 - the bug started on the 6th.

2 - Attached is my system data in the task manager.

3- the day it happened. I didn't update anything, I didn't format anything. I was just editing at night. I went to sleep and when I went back to work in the morning. It was like that and continues to this day. I had to use a borrowed computer :(.

4-yes, I already tried

Thanks for your message. You've got some weird behavior there. I apologize for the problem. I'm not quite sure of the origin of the bug, so we might need more info here.

 

  • When did this issue start occurring?
  • May we please have full deails of your system and media?
  • Have you updated your GPU driver lately?
  • Have you tried resetting preferences?
