Hello Adobe Community & Support,
I’ve been facing a persistent issue with Adobe Premiere Pro for the past 4 weeks.
I’m unable to export any videos — every time I try, an error message appears related to installed codecs or export settings.
I’ve searched extensively online and tried multiple troubleshooting steps, but nothing has resolved the problem.
Interestingly, both Photoshop and Illustrator run perfectly fine on my system — this issue occurs only in Premiere Pro exports.
I’ve attached screenshots showing:
The exact error message from Premiere Pro
My system specifications
My graphics driver version
Steps to Reproduce
Open Adobe Premiere Pro
Load any video project
Attempt to export (any format, any preset)
Receive an error message about missing codecs or export failure
Expected Result
Video should export smoothly as usual.
Actual Result
Export fails every time with codec-related or configuration error messages.
