Hello Adobe Community & Support,

I’ve been facing a persistent issue with Adobe Premiere Pro for the past 4 weeks.
I’m unable to export any videos — every time I try, an error message appears related to installed codecs or export settings.

I’ve searched extensively online and tried multiple troubleshooting steps, but nothing has resolved the problem.

Interestingly, both Photoshop and Illustrator run perfectly fine on my system — this issue occurs only in Premiere Pro exports.

I’ve attached screenshots showing:

  • The exact error message from Premiere Pro

  • My system specifications

  • My graphics driver version

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Open Adobe Premiere Pro

  2. Load any video project

  3. Attempt to export (any format, any preset)

  4. Receive an error message about missing codecs or export failure

Expected Result

Video should export smoothly as usual.

Actual Result

Export fails every time with codec-related or configuration error messages.

System Information

  • OS: Windows 10 Home (Version 10.0.19045 Build 19045)

  • Processor: Intel Core i7-10700KF @ 3.8 GHz

  • RAM: 64 GB

  • GPU: NVIDIA GeForce RTX 4070 SUPER (Driver Version 560.94)

  • Storage: 6.39 TB (5.51 TB used)

  • BIOS Version: American Megatrends Inc.

  • Secure Boot: Off

  • Virtualization: Not Enabled

Additional Details

  • Issue started around 4 weeks ago

  • No major hardware or software changes before the problem began

  • Photoshop & Illustrator function normally

  • Premiere Pro fails to export regardless of project or export settings

I sincerely hope Adobe addresses this issue quickly.

This kind of ongoing problem directly affects our work and productivity, which is exactly why we invest in Adobe’s annual subscription — to have reliable, professional-grade software and timely fixes when issues arise.

Thank you in advance for your time and support.
Looking forward to a solution from the Adobe team or community experts.
