Error receiving frame

Hi everyone, I have a Mac M2 Pro, the latest version is Premiere 2026. I import files from a GoPro, edit them, don't apply any effects, export, and get a rendering error: Error receiving frame 959 at time 01:00:33:13 from file F:\BM\GX010240.MP4 with replacement of frame 958.
I have the same error on my second Windows PC.
I searched the forums, but nothing helped.
I imported into Davi@chi and Ka@cat, and the rendering ran without errors. How come?

    Hi @NICK MAK88,

Welcome to the Adobe Premiere Forums. Thank you for your report and for providing context to what is occurring. The team will need more detail to try to assist you with this issue:

    • Premiere Version: What is the exact Premiere version you are using?
      • Is is the same version on Premiere on your Mac and PC?
    • Operating System: Please specify the what OS version you’re working with on your Mac M2 and your Windows.
    • GPU Driver (Windows only): Please let us know your video card driver version.
      • We recommend updating to the most recent version; for NVIDIA users, we strongly recommend the Studio version of the driver.
    • Is your footage Variable Frame Rate (VFR)?
      • Please confirm the codec of the footage.

Comparing when and where the issue occurs helps us narrow down the cause:

    • Does it affect all projects or only some?
    • Does it affect new, empty projects?
    • Is this the first time this is happening?
