Eu paguei o adobe premier pro pelo cartão, e consta que eu paguei porque saiu dinheiro da minha conta e fala exatamenteo que era a adobe que havia tirado o dinheiro da minha conta, mas mesmo assim continua constando no site da adobe que eu n paguei. Alguém me ajuda por favor

Sim fiz pelo navegador e pelo aplicativo também, e sim o e-mail utilizado aqui no fórum é o mesmo da conta

Are you logging in via a web browser or using the Creative Cloud App?  Is the email associated with your account the same as the one you are using here on the forums?  Where are you located?

Make sure you are logging into the same Creative Cloud account that was used when you paid.
