Export Media results in no window

This has been an ongoing issue with Adobe Premiere. It's not consistent but when it strikes it consistently does not open the window to start exporting media. Even if I reboot several times.

I use the menu to open the Export Media functionality. Or I use Ctrl + M and no window is presented to create media.

I can wait more than 10 minutes and a window never opens.

I've been getting a similar weird error where the export window doesn't take full screen and goes into a weird little panel. Tabbing back to edit and then back to export again usually clears it but pretty buggy overall. Probably since my workspace is a pretty complicated two screen setup.

Bring back the old export panel already......I know you wont but it was better than this.

I removed GoPro FX Reframe and restarted. Still having some issues. Also have another issue and thread here about exporting videos with many missing frames

@RAYMOND21884654xgn0 do you have third-party Premiere Pro extensions installed? I've seen cases where they can prevent opening the Export Mode. You can check by going to Window > Extensions in Premiere Pro and see if any are listed there.
