Export Taking Too Long in Premiere Pro Compared to Before

Hey, I recently switched from DaVinci Resolve to Premiere Pro. At first, when I edited and exported videos, it only took around 5–10 minutes. But after a few days, exporting the same type of videos now takes 40–60 minutes. There are no heavy effects — just text and simple graphics. I also use After Effects quite often, and even with heavy effects or 3D edits, exports take much less time. Please help me fix this issue.

Welcome to the Premiere Pro forums. We need a few more details to help like Premiere Pro version you are on and hardware information. Please see How to Report a Problem. 

What kind of media files are you working with and where is your media and project stored? You mentioned this started happening after a couple of days—did you do any software updates or did you add more clips and graphics to your sequence during this time? 

What are your export settings?
