Export window not opening

Hi all,

 

I know this is a classic problem and can commonly trip up new users, of which I am a member, but I've looked up all the common solutions and am still having problems.

 

I have made sure I've selected what I want to export, re-rendered it, reset my preferences and cleared the cache, moved it to a new file and restarted my PC. I only installed the software yesterday so there's no updates on creative cloud either.

 

Yet still, the app refuses to even open the export window, let alone actually export anything.

Can anyone help?
