Exporting Error

When I go to Export on Premiere, Nothing Happens. No error message or anything. It just returns to the timeline. I have been attempting to export this project for 4 hours now. I also tried to export using Media Encoder but it won't load into it. I use premiere pro everyday for work and I haven't had this issue before. I cleared cache, restarted my computer, and also uninstalled premiere and reinstalled it. 

Anybody else experiencing this?
