Exporting video with Loudness Normalization produces empty error window

Hello all,

 

I'm writing to see if anyone has any ideas for this bug I'm getting when trying to export. See screenshots below. It's an empty window. I'm on the latest version of Premiere. The error also occurrs on my Sonoma Mac, and a Mac running 15.01.

    so the problem is when i want to use effect loudness normalization, Premier doesnot want to make export or eeven send it to media encorder. So just telling ) (in loudness norm. i choose ITU )
